“LALUGER” is a fun­ny fare­well to the pas­sing time, a for­got­ten space where people still live. Dyan­ko Lalu­ge­ra lives in such a remote region of Bul­ga­ria, but some­times he comes to the capi­tal and tries to be in the modern time.
